Hanging Knee Raises is another amazing exercise for the core.

It is a great compound exercise. Compound exercises are favorable since they involve multiple set of muscles, facilitating fat loss efforts and multiple join engagement.

Doing Hanging Knee Raises strengthens the lower abdominals, lower back, hip flexors, as well as the upper back and shoulders. At the same time, this exercise works on your grip.

It is recommended to stay as steady as possible while doing this exercise, avoiding to swing the body back and forth. The legs shouldn’t be jerked up – the movement should be initiated by the core muscles. This is not a fast-pace exercise. You should take your time.

You can also go for the more advanced version…Instead of bending the knees, bringing the legs straight up.
